Traditional Hand Washing of Fine & Antique Rugs
Why Would You Use Us?
Local & Family Owned
We are family owned and run business based in Dorchester, Dorset. We have over 30 years of experience in expert carpet and rug cleaning. We strive for complete satisfaction for every one of our customers!
Our Cleaning Methods
Our methods are clean and green. We offer a thorough clean for your rugs using gentle and eco friendly products. No chemicals harming your rugs or the environment! We don't stop cleaning until the job is done, no half measures here.
Pet Owner?
If you're a rug and a pet owner you know the two are inseparable.
Our methods not only clean but eradicate odours. They don't cover them up but remove the odour causing bacteria and dirt leaving them fresh smelling for longer.
All Types of Rugs
Whatever the rug we can clean it, including but not limited to: synthetic, wool, cotton, viscose, shag, sheepskin, oriental, middle eastern, Persian, Afghan, silk and Kilim rugs. We assess and clean every rug individually.
Our process is entirely traditional, based on methods of rug cleaning used by those who originally hand made woven rugs and washed them in rivers.
Our process aims to clean fully every fibre of your rug rather than just the surface and cover up odours with deodorisers.
